Special Activities

Cumberland Presbyterian Preschool seeks to provide a setting in which children are shown God's love in a safe, loving environment. This is done through age appropriate activities that will develop each individual child's spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth.

The preschool is a Tuesday/Thursday program that operates from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and consists of preschool classes designed for the preschool-aged child and pre-kindergarten classes for students anticipating kindergarten.

Consideration for enrollment is done without regard to race, religion, gender, or national origin. Children with disabilities will be accepted where they can be reasonably accommodated and do not require a fundamental change to the existing program.

Cumberland Presbyterian Preschool is a non-licensed preschool facility. Our exemption status can be located on the bulletin board in the preschool hallway. A formal letter is also on file with the Clarksville Department of Human Services. We exist as a non-licensed preschool facility since we fall under the exemption provided in Tennessee Code 71-3-503, "Church organizations that provide custodial care and services for children of less than school age for not more than two days in each calendar week for not more than six hours each day.
